- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Chris Brown is personable and pleasant. Always willing to go the extra mile. However, Phillip is one of his staff members there. Phillip proceeded to tell me on a phone call where I was questioning the amount of my bill that "You suck at paying". I will discuss this issue with Chris after the weekend.
